Even filatovs from Komsomolskaya Nepravda should know that people are found guilty individually on the basis of evidence, not collectively on the basis of hateful statements about "collective guilt of nations". The claim is only "murderous" for the totalitarian communist regime and its fans who "kinda do not approve" the communist practices but take no action to prevent repetition of these practices today. (And there are fans who do not even repent.) If one action of this regime is recognized as a crime by the court, it can esaily lead to more claims, more court rulings and finally the totalitarian communist regime can end up in the same situation as the totalitarian nazi regime. And Filatov is even too cowardly to say these things. A kind of repentance is not enough. Would anyone accept a kind of repentance from a serial killer? Obviously not. A serial killer is found guilty, sentenced and executed. The same thing goes for the totalitarian communist regime.
