Dear lara thank you from the bottom of my heart for this befutiaul article. About 10 years ago I stopped using tampons, began to take time off work to rest and grieve during my period and enter more deeply into its neglected mystery. You have put into words many of my own intuitions and feelings about this sacred time and helped me to realise that frustration of this inward impulse causes anger to build .and makes me feel out of alignment. What a great idea to give the blood back to earth. Cant wait to read the whole book .Love Deborah
